Prof. Yi Zhou

BIO: 

Yi Zhou (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electronic engineering from the First Aeronautic Institute of Air Force, Xinyang, China, in 2002, and the Ph.D. degree in control system and theory from Tongji University, Shanghai, China, in 2011.,From 2002 to 2005, he was a Research and Development Engineer with Beijing Centergate Technologies Company Ltd., Beijing, China. He was a Visiting Researcher with the Telecommunications Research Center (ftw.), Vienna, Austria, in 2009, and the National Institute of Informatics, Tokyo, Japan, in 2010. From 2014 to 2015, he was a Post-Doctoral Fellow with the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada. He is currently a Full Professor and the Deputy Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence, Henan University, Zhengzhou, China. He is also the Director of the International Joint Research Laboratory for Cooperative Vehicular Networks, Henan, China. His research interests include vehicular cyber–physical systems and multiagent collaboration.

Prof. Yong Jin

BIO: 

Yong Jin (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in automation from the Shanghai Institute of Building Materials Technology, Shanghai, China, in 1994, and the Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 2010.,Since 2002, he has been a Professor with Henan University, Zhengzhou, China. His research interests include complex system modeling, estimation and control, and intelligent information processing.
